A beautiful palace, quiet and comfortable. Our room was a single double and, even with that, it was quite large. Adequate breakfast without great luxuries. Friendly and attentive staff. The only two drawbacks: the rooms are not well soundproofed and there is no telephone in them, so you have to use your own cell phone to call reception if you need something. Improved accessibility for people with reduced mobility.

My stay at Palacio La Floresta in the center of Segovia was simply lovely. The hotel is perfectly located, just 5-10 minutes walk from the main attractions of the city. From the moment I entered, I was impressed by its aesthetic beauty, with architecture and decoration that reflect the historical charm of Segovia. But the best of all was breakfast. Breakfast was complete, with a wide variety of options for all tastes, including gluten-free options. Also, the quality of the food was excellent. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful at all times, which made my stay even more pleasant.

The building is very nice, we had room 33 (luxe double) and with the great surprise that at 6 in the morning we were startled by a noise like a compressor outside the hotel, as explained to us at reception and that it no longer exists. unemployment. Breakfast abundant and of poor quality. Curiously, there is no control for the air conditioning in the room, so every time you want to turn it on/off/raise or lower the temperature you have to call the reception for them to do it. We will not repeat nor do we advise it.

The accommodation has been very satisfactory, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast is quite good and varied. It is a beautiful palace. The only drawback that I have found is the parking, they have private spaces for €15 a day but it is not connected to the hotel, it is a bit inconvenient because of this, since they are in front of the courts and there is no place to stop peacefully. The parking there is is a green or blue zone.

Central and cheap hotel near the aqueduct, it is a shame that the superior rooms are not well soundproofed as this interrupts sleep since it is in the center where many cars pass by. Staff very nice and attentive, The rooms were quite clean and the bed was normal. A very curious thing is that you do not control the air conditioning yourself, but rather you have to let the reception know what degrees you want to set the room to.

Room 12 is very very noisy, so much so that you can hear the cars rolling over the cobblestones as they pass. They control the temperature of the room from outside and of course, sometimes they get too cold. The last night was one of not sleeping a wink between the noise and the cold at dawn. Breakfast is a small buffet that does not lack the essentials. The place is very good and nearby you have the Correos bar, where they surprise you with the price of beer with a tapa.

Excellent. The girls at the reception provided excellent service. Relatives. The only drawback: the garage does not belong to the building and you have to bring and return the key. And a reception guy (with a beard) who we asked for a place to go. And he has told us that: "since he doesn't drive" he won't be able to give us information. But aside from that inconvenience. Everything has been exceptional and excellent. We have already recommended the hotel.
